Introducing ✨Mocha Cookie Cups✨ just in time for Holiday snacking! These are easy to make and oh so tasty – GF, dairy-free, and vegan!
Ingredients:
Layer 1:
1 cup almond flour
2tbsp maple syrup
¼ cup coconut oil
1tsp vanilla
Layer 2:
Broma dark chocolate mocha
Layer 3:
2/3 cup melted dark chocolate
Directions:
In a small bowl mix together ingredients for the first layer. Scoop evening and press into muffin tin. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Leave to cool. Spoon Broma dark chocolate mocha almond butter into each cup and freeze for 1 hour. Finally pour layer 3 on top and freeze again for 1 hour. Enjoy!
